About This Product

This machine is a buffing/deburring machine for deburring and surface finishing automobile parts such as clutch plates, separate plates, gears, and transmission internal parts. As an example of automotive parts, it can be used to roughen the surface of dry and wet clutch plates for AT and MT parts, and to deburr separate plates in transmissions.

It is also the perfect machine for removing burrs that occur in sheet metal, presses, etc. In terms of surface roughness, buffing is applied from all directions, resulting in an innovative finish with little difference in vertical and horizontal directions.

■StructureThis machine is transported using a conveyor system. Standard widths of 300, 600, and 900mm are available. There is also a powerful electromagnetic magnet built into the conveyor. If it is a metal workpiece, it will be attracted by a magnet while it is being transported, so small items with a minimum angle of 10mm can be washed away. In addition, since the magnet generates porcelain in the product, a demagnetizer can be installed as a separate option.

This machine is only a wet type that processes while applying grinding fluid.
*Wet type requires a filtration device. Please use the filter cloth type filtration device specially designed for Varitac.

■Summary・1st axis polishing wheel (ceramic wheel)
The first wheel removes hard burrs and punch burrs. This wheel rotates at high speed and performs oscillation (oscillation) movement of 10 mm on each side.

・2nd axis rotary 4-axis buffing unit
The rotary 4-axis buffing unit eliminates the directionality of burrs and enables processing with a random surface finish. Each of the four cup-shaped buffs rotates forward and backward, and the whole unit moves in a planetary motion. This movement allows for more precise deburring and even surface roughness.
