About This Product

The GNT series, which has a complete lineup, is a kneader vehicle equipped with a kneader that is operated by the truck's PTO unit.

A kneader exclusively for traffic paint. Hydraulic kneaders have high agitation capacity and reduce the load on the hydraulic unit depending on the material situation. In addition, it uses a PTO type (power take-off) that uses the power of a car to melt materials powerfully and quickly without reducing the power of the stirring fan.

■Features​・Equipped with "GL-Power" (Gakunan-Lasting-Power) that does not reduce stirring power
・PTO-driven variable displacement axial piston pump has been adopted.
・Achieved high efficiency, excellent responsiveness, and low noise.
・Materials can be melted quickly using a melting pot with high thermal efficiency.
​・The stirring fan can be operated intuitively with a stepless lever.
・With our unique control system, you can drive while stirring the material (some manual vehicles)
・Easy to understand temperature management with digital automatic temperature controller (optional item)

■In-house developed design “GL-Power”Even if two melting pots are operated at the same time, the power of the stirring fan will not decrease at all. It suppresses the temperature rise of the hydraulic unit and provides stable performance even during long-term stirring operations without reducing power.

■About the kneader carA PTO-driven variable displacement axial piston pump is used to achieve high efficiency, excellent responsiveness, and low noise.

■Uses an easy-to-use stepless leverThe strength of the stirring blade can be adjusted freely with a single lever.

■Equipped with a 6-torch type burner that is resistant to wind.The high heat increases the temperature inside the pot and melts the ingredients quickly.

■Forward/reverse rotation device (optional)The stirring fan can be operated in forward and reverse directions.

■Automatic temperature regulator (optional)Monitors the temperature inside the pot and automatically adjusts the firepower.

■Intermediate stirring fan (optional)This is an intermediate stirring fan that can stir road materials more efficiently and evenly.
