■About this machine

The weight balance between the main body and the slitter is maintained appropriately, providing excellent operability during construction. In addition, the slitter uses a movable side liner, which allows it to follow the road surface and create beautiful lines.

■Pursuit of usability and safety

The operating system and gas adjustment dials are located near the operator's hand, making it more practical. In terms of safety, we pursued safety for workers by designing to prevent leakage of molten material in the melt tank and covering the entire LP gas to prevent accidents. Since each adjustment point is tool-less, it contributes to reducing work time.

■Simple and excellent functional design

With the adoption of a quick lever, the slitter can now be easily removed. (Fixing with two conventional bolts is also possible.) By adjusting the slitter boom, it is also possible to install a width of 30 to 45 cm.

■Improving the heat retention ability of the melt tank

The windproof performance of the main burner of the melt tank body has been improved, increasing heat retention.

■Firepower adjustment dial

Adjustment dials are now centrally located at hand, making them even easier to use.

■Uses quick lever

The slitter boom can now be easily adjusted using the quick lever.

■Vehicle fixed hook set

Securely secure the machine to the side flaps of the truck bed.

■Fixing device for hand-operated guide rod

The guide rod can be fixed when transporting GM-EY20J.

■Rear wheel lock brake

This is a parking brake to prevent the vehicle from starting off on slopes.

■Hand-operated guide rod

GM-EY20J's unique specifications allow you to operate the guide rod at hand.
