About This Product

■Ultima wire grips are widely used as steady rests in equipment construction.

Since our establishment, the wire grips used in our products have been tailored to industry requirements and provided grips that are suitable for those needs. It is used not only in the construction hardware industry, but also in a wide range of applications such as wire inspection jigs for industrial equipment and the construction equipment industry due to its gentleness on wires and strong grip. In particular, since 1990, we have shipped more than 1 million pieces to a certain electrical equipment materials company as adjustment fixing fittings for wire steady rests used in equipment for installing lighting and air conditioning equipment.

■Product features

・One-touch lock adjustment function: Lock by simply inserting the wire. Unlock by operating the pin. Easy operation equalizes work efficiency during installation and repair. - High strength: The maximum static load of the grip is almost the same as the JIS standard for wire. It can be used within a sufficient safety factor. ・Wire-friendly: Due to the built-in locking mechanism, the wire is less likely to be damaged, making it safer especially when a shock is applied. ・Open design concept: Standard dimensions that are easy to incorporate into the design allow the use of commercially available nuts and anchors. ・Compact design: The unique compact body expands the range of use.

■Note

- The grip has a strong locking force, so it may take some force to release the lock after applying a load, but even if you release it forcefully, there will be no problem with the locking function again. ・Because the grip has a mechanism inside, the torque value is lower than that of normal bolts. Do not forcefully tighten. ・If the cut end of the wire is unraveled, it will be difficult to insert it into the grip. If you cut the wire neatly and twist it, it will go in smoothly. -Cut off the excess wire that comes out from the grip, leaving 40 to 50 mm. Also, please be aware that if the excess wire is forcibly bent, the locking function may be affected. ・Please do not use wires other than those specified by our company. Also, for safety reasons, do not use damaged or bent wires. ・Do not let the wire come into direct contact with the edges, as there is a risk of cutting or falling. - Make sure to securely fix the steady rest bracket near the support member. ・Due to improvements, the shape and specifications may change without prior notice.
