■Product overview
"BVMGPS5605S" is a multi-GNSS receiver module that is equipped with Sony Semiconductor Solutions' GNSS receiver LSI "CXD5605GF" and achieves the industry's lowest level of low power consumption operation.
■Features
Built-in 1.575GHz-SAW filter and external LNA to achieve stable high reception sensitivity. It also has a built-in program FLASH. It is also the latest designed module that incorporates Braveridge's unique know-how to improve power supply noise immunity.
By connecting an external passive antenna (50Ω) and operating commands from the Host CPU (UART/I2C), you can immediately experience the industry's best class GNSS reception performance.
The "location information sensing" of IoT devices is sensor information that will be extremely useful in the future. On the other hand, currently, the power consumption when running on batteries is extremely high, which has limited the battery operating time. The power consumption of the newly developed BVMGPS5605S during positioning is approximately 1/2 that of conventional products from other companies (compared to our company), greatly contributing to extending the operating time.
In addition, it has a space-saving design of 11.0mm x 7.5mm and 82.5mm2. Suitable for applications such as surveillance devices, wearable devices, monitoring devices, healthcare products, smart watches, digital cameras, and aftermarket automotive accessories such as drive recorders.
■Features
Programs can be stored in built-in NV Memory or external FLASH ROM. (In the built-in NV Memory, stored data may change due to reflow heat during board mounting. When using the built-in NV Memory, write the program after mounting the module on the board. Data stored in NV Memory may change due to external magnetic fields.If using in a magnetic field environment that exceeds the recommended operation conditions, please use an external FLASH ROM.
