About This Product
If you want a rubber that is harder than sponge rubber, we recommend this rubber sheet. Sizes include M square (1,000mm x 1,000mm) and 10M long products. We can also cut rubber plates to your desired size to suit your application.
■Materials and characteristics
・Natural rubber (NR)
Strong mechanical strength. Good abrasion resistance and cold resistance. Poor heat resistance, weather resistance, and oil resistance.
・Chloroprene rubber (CR)
All-round rubber with excellent heat resistance and weather resistance. It has excellent flame retardancy and is self-extinguishing.
・Nitrile rubber (NBR)
It has particularly good oil resistance. Good wear resistance.
・Ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM)
Excellent water resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance.
・Silicone rubber (Q)
Excellent cold resistance (-100℃) and heat resistance. Suitable for dealing with food (harmless to humans and animals). Maximum operating temperature ~+200℃.
・Flame retardant rubber sheet
Equivalent to UL94V-0. The rubber material is CR.
■Cutting processing
We will cut the rubber plate into a shape that meets your needs. It is possible to produce from 1 piece. We also handle large products using adhesive processing.
■Thompson-processed punched products
This is punching press processing using a Thomson die.
■Double-sided tape processing
Apply double-sided tape to the rubber plate. Half cuts are also possible. We also handle tapes from various manufacturers.
