■What is Nulab Pass?
This is an optional service that can further strengthen the security and account management of Nulab services (Backlog, Cacoo, Typetalk). Administrators can securely manage Nulab accounts within their organization all at once.
■Single sign-on to streamline business
Nulab Pass provides "Single Sign-On with SAML Authentication" which authenticates your Nulab service account via your identity provider. Streamline your business by seamlessly connecting Nulab services with the applications you use.
■Protect your data with SAML
Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) allows you to authenticate your account through an identity provider that meets your security standards. User credentials (ID and password) are never leaked to outside parties. Authentication is performed by your ID provider, making it possible to manage risks such as leakage of credentials and unauthorized access.
■Streamline account management with user provisioning
You can centrally manage Nulab Pass managed accounts using your ID provider. Detects user additions, changes, and deletions made at the ID provider, and automatically reflects privileges and authentication information to managed accounts. You can manage employee accounts more efficiently when they join or leave the company.
■Record the activities of users within your organization with audit logs
Audit logs allow you to check log data in more real time than access logs, and you can obtain operational information such as "who did what, when, where, and what" on each service. This allows administrators to identify suspicious activity should something go wrong.
■Central management of accounts that participate in multiple organizations
Nulab Pass managed accounts can be centrally managed by administrators within the Nulab service even if they are invited by another organization. There is no need to switch accounts for each organization, and you can participate in all organizations with one account.
