About This Product

Substances with high vapor pressure, such as organic solvents, increase the vapor pressure of pump oil when mixed with oil. If you continue to use the pump under these conditions, it may deteriorate in function, cause rust or sludge to form, and cause mechanical failure or oil leakage. We recommend cleaning the inside of the vacuum pump to extend its life. With the cooperation of Nagasaki University, we have developed a pump cleaning agent that effectively cleans the inside of the pump. The fluidity of this cleaning solution has been adjusted to make it easier to flush out insoluble particulates (rust, etc.) inside the pump.

■Composition/ingredients

- Distinction between single products and mixtures Mineral oil. ・Chemical or common name Petroleum hydrocarbons and lubricating oil additives. ・Ingredients and content 100% petroleum hydrocarbons - Lubricating additive less than 15% by mass. (Details are confidential and not disclosed) ・Chemical properties/chemical formula Unspecified. ・Official gazette publication number (Chemical Substances Control Law/Industrial Safety and Health Law) Not disclosed as it is a trade secret. ・Hazardous Ingredients Chemical Substance Management Promotion Act Not applicable. ・Industrial Safety and Health Act Mineral oil Article 57 2 Notifiable substances. ・Poisonous and Deleterious Substances Control Law Not applicable.

■First aid measures

・If inhaled Move the person to a place with fresh air, cover the body with a blanket to keep it warm, keep it at rest, and seek medical attention if necessary. ・If it comes into contact with your skin Immediately remove contaminated clothing and shoes and wash the contaminated area with plenty of water or lukewarm water and soap. ・If it gets into your eyes After thoroughly rinsing the eyes with clean water, immediately seek medical attention from an ophthalmologist. If you are using contact lenses, remove them and clean them unless they are stuck. ・If swallowed Do not induce vomiting; seek medical advice immediately. Forcing vomiting increases the risk of aspiration into the lungs. If the mouth is contaminated, wash thoroughly with water.
