About This Product

Micro series digitizing probes can be used for 3D digitizing objects and detecting virtual points and anatomical features, such as in biomechanics and research fields. It is rigid because it is machined from a piece of aluminum containing tungsten carbide, which has high hardness, low coefficient of thermal expansion, and corrosion resistance. In addition, the design takes long-term experiments into consideration, and the four markers are also replaceable.

The calibration bar is machined from a metal called Invar, which has a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and has four holes drilled at predetermined intervals for calibration with the motion capture system.
