About This Product

■Measures to control efflorescence and condensation

By using a vacuum pressure impregnation device that can control temperature, we use a chemical that does not easily dissolve at around 30℃, and by impregnating the chemical deeply into the interior using laser insizing processing, the surface layer of the chemical is removed* Even after washing with hot water, it has non-flammable performance. Efflorescence and dew condensation are suppressed without any deterioration. *Surface cleaning does not affect the non-combustibility performance.

■Quality control

[Laser insizing processing] By drilling holes using two types of lasers on the front and back sides of the wood, we aim to equalize the amount of chemical injection. (Obtained patent/utility model) 【numbering】 The serial number engraved by laser insizing is read by an automatic weight/moisture content inspection machine, and the data is recorded and sorted and published. ■Safety

Nonflammability performance is checked using the concalorimeter machine used in the main test for certification by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. We use safe chemicals that do not emit harmful substances from the smoke generated during heating.

■Anti-termite/preservative effect

By applying boric acid-based chemical immersion injection, it has excellent anti-termite and antiseptic effects.

■Environment

By installing and operating a low-temperature air circulation dryer, we save energy and protect the environment. We are working on creating products with the aim of revitalizing domestic timber, which can also contribute to wood mileage. We have obtained certification for cedar, which is the mainstream domestically produced material, and strive to be considerate of the global environment.
