About This Product
I want to give form to my dreams and ideas more freely. In response to this desire, we have created "monoFab," a new desktop tool that combines the fun of imagining and the joy of manufacturing. With the 3D cutting machine "SRM-20" that cuts and shapes three-dimensional objects, you can turn your ideas into three-dimensional objects with higher precision. With the assembled working model, you can use the prototype to verify ease of use such as fitting, structure, and operation checks.

For sophisticated prototyping and prototyping, the SRM-20 allows you to make prototypes using the same or similar materials as the final product. Prototypes can be processed using a variety of materials such as ABS, POM, acrylic, modeling wax, chemical wood, and wood.

By using both a 3D printer and a cutting machine at the same time, the previous workflow has been significantly shortened. Not only can you shorten the time it takes to create a prototype, but you can also create a more accurate prototype. By using monoFab's 3D printer and cutting machine depending on the purpose and shape, the workflow of prototype production can be greatly streamlined.
monoFab SRM-20 Features
■Further advanced compact cutting machine
"SRM-20" is a desktop-sized 3D cutting machine that can be easily placed in the office. The mechanical parts, spindle unit, and tool collet have been newly designed, and the software resolution for output control has been increased to approximately 2.5 times that of the previous model*. Cutting accuracy is improved and the machined surface is finished more smoothly.
It can cut a wide range of materials such as chemical wood and modeling wax, allowing you to make prototypes using materials that are close to the final product. Additionally, end mills with different shapes and sizes of cutting edges can be used as an option, allowing for highly accurate finishing down to the smallest detail.
