A new generation of collaborative robots, the CRA series features high-performance integrated joints that reduce cycle times by 25% and deliver unprecedented efficiency. The new control cabinet and DobotStudio Pro system software deliver comprehensive improvements in safety, stability, and scalability, taking human-machine collaboration to a whole new level. Fast, accurate and stable, unparalleled movement performance ■Unparalleled speed The latest one-piece joint provides an industry-leading joint speed of 223°/sec. This enhancement enables application in a wide range of application scenarios and reduces production cycle times by 25% for common tasks such as material handling. This can bring even greater financial benefits. ■Quick response The joint servo uses an EtherCAT bus and combines a wide bandwidth of hundreds of megabits with a joint response speed of milliseconds. This excellent combination greatly improves the robot's operating speed and trajectory smoothness, allowing it to perform a variety of tasks efficiently. ■Accurate positioning Each robot is precisely calibrated with a laser calibration system to ensure absolute positioning accuracy of less than 0.4mm. This makes it easy to handle high-precision production tasks, improving process consistency and quality assurance. Reduce production risks with multiple safety measures ■More than 20 safety functions Our robots feature over 20 safety features and feature standalone safety controllers that are PLd Cat.3 rated. CRA is ISO 13849-1, ISO 10218-1, and ISO/TS 15066 certified. With proper risk assessment, CRAs can work with humans to ensure production safety without adding safety fences. ■Electromagnetic brake In the event of an unexpected power outage, the robot will activate the electromagnetic brake within 18 milliseconds to hold the position within 1mm and protect the equipment or product from damage. ■Customized safety policy CRA offers virtual walls and state-of-the-art contactless protection (safe skin: optional), allowing users to develop safety measures tailored to their unique production environment. This ensures maximum safety at every stage of the production process.
