About This Product

Iron loss evaluation is a bottleneck in motor analysis. In the conventional method, iron loss was a function of only magnetic flux density, so it was not accurate, but "vector magnetic property analysis" accurately determines the magnetic field and magnetic flux density and calculates iron loss. It is possible to calculate highly accurate magnetic field, magnetic flux density, and iron loss distribution that cannot be achieved with other software.

■What is the E&S model?This is a mechanism that performs analysis taking vector magnetic characteristics into consideration. The main feature is that the results of precise measurements of magnetic flux density and magnetic field strength are compiled into a database and referenced during analysis. Since the analysis is based on actual measurement results, more reliable analysis results can be obtained.

■Possibilities of E&S: Next-generation iron loss evaluation methodFrom the perspective of effective energy use, efficient use of electrical energy is required. It is said that 50% of the total power generation is used by motors, so improving the efficiency of motors is a huge challenge.
