■Impact number setting
- The number of impacts can be adjusted in up to 50 steps.
・00: No shutoff
・01-50: Increasing the number will increase the number of impacts
・The number of impacts per stage can be set from 1 to 5 strokes
■Rotation direction setting
- Can be set for either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation.
・Also compatible with left-handed screws.
■Rotation speed setting
-Can be set to three rotation speeds.
・High speed mode: 2400 rpm / Medium speed mode: 2000 rpm / Low speed mode: 1500 rpm
・If you retighten a part that has been tightened once, the red LED will light up and it will be NG.
■Reverse rotation speed setting
・You can set the rotation speed when reversing.
・It is not the rotation speed, but the setting for "how many rotations it will stop at."
・Effective when you want to loosen a bolt but want to stop it before the bolt comes out completely.
■Switch deactivation setting
The forward/reverse switch and impact setting button can be disabled to prevent them from being operated by hand.
■LED irradiation time setting
You can freely set the irradiation time of the LED lighting that illuminates the workpiece in front of you from 0 to 60 seconds during forward rotation and reverse rotation.
■Buzzer volume adjustment
・A buzzer as well as an LED will notify you that the conclusion is OK.
- Buzzer volume can be set in 4 levels: silent → low → medium → high.
■Traceability
Capture the fastening results as data and store them as part of the manufacturing process
