■Rotation speed setting
The rotation speed can be freely set in 50 rpm increments within the tool rotation speed range. We can perform the best fastening according to the characteristics of each fastening part.
■Slow start mode
Setting to reduce the speed during Run Down for a certain period of time. When you pull the trigger and start rotating, it will rotate slowly at first, and after a certain period of time, it will change to the normal setting speed. Slow rotation time can be set freely.
■Reverse mode
Turn on the reversal switch and pull the trigger to start reversing. Next, when you pull the trigger, the reverse switch will automatically turn off and forward rotation will occur. Also, the reversing switch can be deactivated. (Forward rotation only)
■Preventing double tightening
If you retighten a part that has been tightened once, the red LED will light up and it will be NG.
■Reverse speed adjustment
The rotation speed during reversal can be set to three levels: (1) Same speed as forward rotation, (2) Full speed, and (3) Approximately 90% of full speed.
■LED irradiation time setting
You can freely set the irradiation time of the LED lighting that illuminates the workpiece in front of you from 0 to 60 seconds during forward rotation and reverse rotation.
■Buzzer volume adjustment
In order to alert workers to failure to fasten, we will notify you not only by LED but also by buzzer. The buzzer volume can be set in 4 levels: silent → low → medium → high.
■Management items
Data is accumulated in the tool, including the total number of engagements (distance meter in a car) and the number of engagements since the last reset (trip meter). You can set the service interval.
■Production network system
Traceability Capturing fastening results as data and storing them as part of the manufacturing process
