About This Product

EZ-DESK indicates that you are present when you press the button when you are seated (the green LED lights up), and that you are absent when you press the button again when you are away (the green LED turns off). You can check this using presence confirmation software. Multiple presence buttons can be connected.

■Presence/absence confirmation

・Display the status of the presence button using presence confirmation software on a computer connected via wired LAN or wireless LAN. - You can easily add/delete the number of seats displayed. - The displayed seat positions will be automatically arranged according to the window size. - You can easily change the size of seat information (name, extension number, etc.), character string, font, font size, font color, background color of presence/absence, etc. - Window display or full screen display (no window frame) is possible. - If you forget to press the button, you can change the status of the presence button (present/absent) from your computer (for administrators). Can be connected with multiple pushbuttons. ・The presence confirmation software can be installed on multiple computers. - It is also possible to set a password (for users/administrators) to start the presence confirmation software.

■1 button/2 buttons

There are two types of presence buttons: 1 button type and 2 button type. ・1 button type: button on (present, green LED lights up), button off (absent, LED off) ・The 2-button type can be used with the right button on (present, green LED lit), left button on (visitor, red LED lit), and button off (absent, LED off).

■Network route confirmation (optional)

To confirm presence/absence, the presence button and network route confirmation can be used together. ・Presence button button on (present), button off (absent) - Check if the device (PC, etc.) is connected to the network. If there is a response, the person is present; if there is no response, the person is absent. For example, you can turn on a computer connected to the LAN to indicate that you are present, and turn it off to indicate that you are absent. *You can search/specify by network computer name. *Wireless LAN settings and IP address settings require a computer (Windows Xp/7/8.1/10). *This product is made to order.
