About This Product

The world's exhaust silencer, automatic muffler. Cuts air and steam exhaust noise, greatly improving the working environment. Exhaust noise is attenuated in multiple stages through mutual interference of airflow. Simple structure and compact casing maintain high performance for a long time. A rich lineup of products that can be selected according to the purpose, such as air, steam, and heat-resistant products.

■Features

- Harmful exhaust noise is completely dissipated with sound absorbing materials. - Designed to be completely discharged. - Diffusion room with no obstacles. ・The large exhaust area disperses and decelerates the exhaust flow, reducing noise. Efficiently removes noise.

■A curve

Noise level when exhausting directly into the atmosphere without using an automatic muffler. High frequency noise levels significantly exceed noise tolerance standards for hearing protection.

■B curve

Noise tolerance standards for hearing protection. Exposure to a noisy environment that exceeds this level for a long time can cause hearing damage.

■C curve

Muffling level when using an automatic muffler. Automatic mufflers attenuate noise within the standards of U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration Code No. 29 1910.95, 1910.98. Muffler for saturated steam SM type (N.P.T. screw) SB type (P.T. screw)

■Others

- Epoxy coating on the aluminum castings of the front cover and back cover. Rayon is pasted onto a galvanized steel net and wound until the opening is 150 microns, and used as a sound absorbing material. Other materials are the same as the air exhaust muffler. ・Choose from steam pressure and flow rate. Lineup includes 12 types from 1/8 inch to 6 inch. ・Please use a "heat resistant muffler" for overheated steam.
