Lovelock shuts out vibrations, shocks, and noise. Anti-vibration rubber <Lovelock> developed in Belgium. High anti-vibration performance achieved through original ideas. Due to its simple structure, it is easy to use and has a wide range of applications. At the production site, in the office, on transportation... It is used in various fields as the world standard for anti-vibration.

■7 major features of love lock

・Vibration absorption rate is up to 99%. It also blocks vibrations from the surroundings. - Absorbs a wide range of vibrations from low to high frequencies. ・Heat resistance range -30℃ to +120℃ (oil resistant N type). Can be used under a wide range of conditions. -Easy installation with no anchor bolts required. Will not damage floors or ground. - Minimizes the impact on the installation height of the machine. - Prevents machine "dancing" and improves machine performance and life. - Prevents pollution caused by vibration noise and contributes to environmental problems. This is an innovative idea that ideally damps vibrations using four types of protrusions with different diameters and heights.

■Lovelock's anti-vibration principle

・Both sides of the love lock are lined with four types of protrusions with different diameters and heights. The four types of protrusions are arranged with different diameters and heights on the front and back. Each protrusion is pushed down in turn by the load, increasing the pressure-receiving area, and eventually all protrusions support the load. - Vibration enters from the highest protrusion, but since the back side has the lowest protrusion, the vibration is not transmitted linearly but is dispersed internally. Since it passes diagonally, the distance is longer than when it passes vertically, and the vibration energy is attenuated accordingly. - When supporting a load, the compression ratio differs depending on the difference in protrusion size, resulting in a complex imbalance in density. Passing through different densities also damps vibrations. - When receiving a lateral load, the protrusion at the next height prevents the protrusion receiving the load from sliding. The four types of protrusions are tilted in the direction of load pressure, and the greater the load vibration, the more difficult it will be to slip. The area connecting the centers of the four types of protrusions is 1 square centimeter, and vibrations are absorbed in an extremely dispersed manner.
