There are many parts and products that require double-sided inspection. The automatic visual inspection device Garami-chan is a high-speed machine with a simple structure developed for simultaneous double-sided inspection.
Imaging and inspecting the front and back sides of a glass disk without flipping it over. Since there is no reversing mechanism, the equipment can be simple and low-cost, and since there is no time required for reversing, inspection time is also extremely short. It is possible to inspect 2 to 10 items per second.
The inspection method is to register images of non-defective products and select non-defective products by inspecting to see if they are the same images. It is equipped with the visual inspection sensor FIS-200, which has already been installed on more than 1,000 units.
