About This Product

■Deburring, dross removal, belt polishing, R-chamfering solutions

The JC series, developed, manufactured and sold by JC Machine, is a machine dedicated to sheet metal processing, including burr and dross removal, belt polishing, and R chamfering. Packed with JC Machine's expertise and know-how, we provide a total solution for the final process of sheet metal processing with highly reliable products that have the optimal configuration to produce high-quality products.

■Basic functions

This is a machine that performs finishing work such as deburring, flying edges, and chamfering of punching, laser, plasma, cutting, and machining workpieces. The powerful wide belt polishing mechanism is used for large burr pretreatment and horizontal hairline treatment. Four sets of sander brushes (8 sets for the 1300) rotate in both positive and negative directions to achieve continuous and even sanding. Highly efficient and clean processing characteristics ensure optimal conditions for pretreatment of subsequent processes such as bending, painting, and welding. Eliminates damage caused by dust and problems that are difficult to standardize manually.
