Product strengths ■Input conveyor The belt conveyor optimizes its operation in conjunction with the load status of the cutter compactor and automatically feeds scrap. ■Stable supply with cutter compactor The cutter compactor with rotating blades directly supplies the crushed object to the extruder. It is crushed, dried, and reduced in volume in the compactor, allowing efficient and stable feeding to the extruder. ■Stable direct injection through automatic control The material crushed, dried, and reduced in volume by the cutter compactor is automatically fed directly to the extrusion screw. Because direct input allows for a quick, stable supply with no loss, production can be expected to increase by 20% and reduce power consumption by 10% compared to conventional methods. POLYSTAR uses steel imported from Japan, and the surface is nitrided to increase wear resistance. ■Double vent improves gas venting effect The state in which recycled pellets contain gas is called foaming, and foamed pellets are considered to be of poor quality, resulting in a lower unit selling price. A vent is installed to remove the gas inside the extruder that causes foaming. POLYSTAR has two vent ports as standard, making it easier to process scrap that generates a lot of gas. ■Continuous production using a two-stage screen changer The screen changer is a two-stage type, and while one screen is being replaced, resin flows to the other screen, so no bumps occur. Dual piston system enables continuous production without time loss. In addition, the filter part is cylindrical, and by maximizing the surface area of ​​the mesh part, the intervals between mesh clogging are longer, reducing the frequency of mesh replacement, leading to labor savings. It is also possible to prevent vent-up. ■Pelletizer A hot cut system is adopted as standard, and a die face cutter produces high quality recycled pellets. The rotation speed of the die face cutter is automatically controlled by an inverter according to the resin load. The pressure on the cutter blade is also regulated by an air cylinder to produce uniform pellets. ■Cooled transportation The cut pellets are transported on a vibrating table while being roughly heated with water to prevent the pellets from sticking to each other. ■Dehydrator/catch tank The cooled and transported pellets are subjected to water removal using a vertical centrifugal dehydrator, transported by air using a blower, and stored in flexible containers.
