About This Product

■Size can be adjusted by changing the screen from fine to coarse grinding.

The crushing hammer attached to the shaft is rotated at high speed by a motor and crushes the processed material between it and a fixed plate set in the crushing chamber. The processed material is repeatedly ground into fine particles until it passes through the holes in the screen installed at the bottom of the grinding chamber and then discharged. Product strengths

■HARDOX with excellent wear resistance

It is also possible to change the crushing hammer from standard high manganese steel to special steel HARDOX. Although standard high manganese steel can provide sufficient crushing, depending on the material, we recommend changing to HARDOX.

■Replaceable fixing plate

High manganese steel plates are used for the two impact parts. High manganese steel has the property of becoming harder the more it is subjected to impact, making it suitable for fixed plates. These are attached by bolts and can be easily replaced.

■ Particle size adjustment possible after crushing

Particle size can be adjusted after grinding by changing the screen size. Replacing the screen is easy and can be completed in about 5 minutes.

■Openable door

There is an opening/closing door on the front of the machine, which allows you to replace the screen and check for material clogging and foreign matter. The safety design is such that an interlock works when the door is open.

■Easy daily maintenance

An electric opener is attached to the input hopper. Daily inspections and parts replacement can be easily performed.
