The twin-shaft shredder Tyrano Shred TS21 series uses sequence control* to handle difficult-to-process materials despite its small size. By selecting specifications and using options together, we have gained support in the recycling field.
In addition, twin-shaft shredding machines generally require considerable cost and time to replace the blades, but Tyrano Shred has a system that replaces the entire shredding chamber, reducing costs and time.
*Control that proceeds through each stage of control one after another according to a predetermined order or procedure (former Japanese Industrial Standard CO401)
Product strengths
■Independently controlled twin drives crush difficult-to-process materials
Although the twin-shaft crusher Tyrano Shred is small, it uses a twin drive system to detect the load on the crushing rotor and automatically rotate forward and reverse. This makes it possible to easily crush objects that would be difficult to crush with a small machine.
■Select knife specifications depending on the target object
By selecting the optimal specifications for the number of hooks and blade width per blade through actual machine testing, it is possible to increase the crushing efficiency during actual operation. We also have special blade materials available for processing highly abrasive materials.
■Low noise/low power
Because the twin-shaft crusher is the least noisy crushing method, it is often chosen for work sites where surrounding noise may be a problem. Another advantage of this method is that the motor capacity is small and the power consumption is low when compared to crushers of the same size.
■Low maintenance frequency
The twin-shaft crusher is characterized by not requiring much maintenance and having few consumable parts. It is generally assumed that blades will need to be replaced after 3 years or more, and by using our after-sales service, you can reduce running costs.
■Replace the entire crushing chamber
By replacing the entire crushing chamber when replacing the blade, you can avoid incurring more labor than expected due to the blade not coming out. As a result, maintenance costs can be reduced.
