About This Product

■ Full-scale twin-shaft crusher with a proven track record in intermediate processing

The TS32 series twin-shaft crusher is a full-fledged twin-shaft crusher that can be used to load materials into heavy machinery. Although it is not possible to install a screen to adjust the crushing size like a single-shaft crusher, by changing the thickness of the rotating blade and the number of hooks, it is possible to adjust the crushing size and handle various objects. Another feature is that the blade replacement cycle is long, and maintenance requires little effort. Product strengths

■Independently controlled twin drives crush difficult-to-process materials

Each rotor is electrically controlled independently, and each detects the load and automatically operates in forward and reverse directions, enabling continuous and highly efficient crushing.

■High load capacity drive unit

The Tyrano Shred TS32 series medium-sized twin-shaft shredder uses two independently installed high-load capacity drive units to transmit power to two shafts without loss.

■Easy to replace cartridge type scraper

The scraper that assists in crushing is a cartridge type, and worn scrapers can be easily replaced.

■Swing type pusher

By installing a swing-type pusher, you can easily crush large and difficult-to-bite objects.

■Low noise/low power

The twin-shaft crusher is the least noisy crushing method, so it is often chosen for work sites where surrounding noise may be a problem. Another advantage of this method is that the motor capacity is small and the power consumption is low when compared to crushers of the same size.

■Low maintenance frequency

The twin-shaft crusher is characterized by not requiring much maintenance and having few consumable parts. It is generally assumed that blades will need to be replaced after 3 years or more, and by using our after-sales service, you can reduce running costs.
