About This Product

■Product overview

A hybrid two-stage crusher that combines a crusher and a crusher into one. Equipped with a crusher on the upper stage and a crusher on the lower stage, this is a high-performance product that can crush resin lumps such as Dango to 10 mm (minimum φ3 mm) or less at once. 6 points

■Two-stage crushing

The pusher-type single-shaft crusher on the upper stage and the high-speed single-shaft crusher on the lower stage can crush large objects into recyclable sizes in one go.

■PLC controlled hydraulic pusher

The PLC automatic control hydraulic pusher, which uses an electromagnetic flow control valve, pushes large lumps and round hollow objects against the rotor and crushes them efficiently.

■Easy to maintain design

The input hopper and screen bracket can be easily opened and closed, and are designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning.

■Low running cost rotary blade

The rotating blades of the upper crusher can be used up to 4 times by rotating in 90° increments if any corner becomes worn. *Two times recommended (180° rotation)

■Compact and space saving

Although it is a two-stage type, it has a compact design, allowing for manual loading and space-saving installation.

■Easily replaceable screen

Efficient crushing is possible by using the optimal screen depending on the material.
