About This Product

■Can be pulverized to fine and uniform particle size. For pre-treatment of plastic recycling.

The ES series high-speed single-shaft crusher is mainly used at plastic recycling sites, including in-factory recycling, to crush plastics to a final particle size that allows them to be recycled as raw materials, and has a strong track record in recycling PET bottles. If you wish to grind to Φ15mm or less, please consider the ES series. In addition to plastics such as PET bottles, urethane, and pladan, it can also be used to crush wood such as pruned branches and bamboo. From the small ES3280 to the large ES52120, we will suggest the most suitable model for the material being processed. Product strengths

■Crushing rotor design that improves shearing performance

The rotating blades of the ES series are designed to be attached to the crushing rotor in a V-shape, and the cutting edge penetrates the opposing fixed blade diagonally using the principle of scissors, resulting in high shearing properties. It exhibits highly efficient pulverization performance even for processed materials.

■Rotor design with cooling performance in mind

The ES series is designed to create a space between the rotating blade and the rotor shaft. During pulverization, the pulverized material passes through this space, which prevents the pulverized material from rolling up and increases the pulverization efficiency. At the same time, the rotor has a cooling effect, which prevents the temperature of the rotating blade from rising due to continuous operation and reduces the risk of melting the processed material.

■Structure with emphasis on maintainability

The structure allows for easy access to the inside of the crusher during maintenance such as cleaning the inside of the crusher or replacing blades. At the same time, safety is also taken into account when opening with interlocks (a machine that cannot perform other operations unless certain conditions are met). *ES42 and above are electrically opened/closed.

■Independent structure bearing unit

Since the bearing unit is independent from the grinding chamber, moisture and dust are prevented from entering the bearing, increasing the durability of the grinder.

■Blower discharge system

A wind conveyor system consisting of a blower and cyclone allows for efficient collection of crushed materials into flexible container bags.

■Input conveyor

The feeding conveyor not only improves work efficiency, but also allows optimal feeding depending on the crusher load through interlocking control.
