About This Product

The M/V series is a motor controller for electric vehicles. Compatible with both DC brush motors and brushless motors. This motor controller is designed to operate and drive various electric vehicles such as electric cargo handling vehicles, and supplies large amounts of power from the battery to the motor to propel the electric vehicle using multiple control modes. The M/V series improves vehicle maneuverability such as traction/propulsion, steering, and lifting, and makes efficient use of batteries. The M/V series is an easy-to-use controller with power density, high efficiency, and heat dissipation.

■Main features

・There are two types: digital type and analog type. -Digital type allows parameter setting with dedicated software and is CANopen compatible. ・Continuous rated power (current) can be selected from 80 to 150A depending on the model ・The corresponding supply voltage can be selected from 20 to 170 VDC depending on the model. ・Feedback supports incremental encoder and absolute value encoder (BiSS-C) - There are multiple control modes such as position, speed, torque (current), and CANopen. ・Equipped with safe torque-off (STO) functional safety required for AGVs, etc. ・For electric vehicles, there are also functions such as key switches, electromagnetic brakes, and throttles. ・There is also a model for general industrial use (not equipped with key switches etc.)
