About This Product

We have a variety of HR motors, from single elements to motors with eight elements stacked together. HR motors are used to move linear and rotary stages. It has a wide variable speed range from a few microns per second to 250mm, and can be easily installed on common low friction stages and other equipment.

■Main features

・No limit on movement distance ・Wide variable speed range from 1μ/sec to 250mm/sec ・Excellent movement and stationary performance ・Resolution of 100nm or less (depending on conditions) ・Non-magnetic field motor type does not cause magnetic field interference to the outside. ・Vacuum specification available

■Environmental specifications

・Ambient temperature: 0 to 50℃ ・Storage temperature: -40 to 70℃ ・Humidity: 0~80%RH (no condensation) ・High vacuum degree (V model): 1.4x10-5Pa ・Ultra high vacuum degree (U model): 1.4x10-8Pa ・Nominal life: 20,000 hours (depending on nominal operating conditions)
