About This Product

The DMC-30000 motion controller is Galil's latest generation single-axis motion controller. There are two main body shapes: card type and box type. Can be connected to a pulse motor or servo motor driver. There is also a model that can incorporate a maximum 800W motor driver (amplifier) ​​into the small DMC-30000.

■Features

・Ethernet 10/100Base-T, RS232 port ・General-purpose analog input ・15MHz encoder input It can be operated standalone (independently) or operated by a PC using Ethernet 10/100Base-T or RS232C.

■Main specifications

・Single-axis control possible - Communication ports: Equipped with two 10/100BASE-T Ethernet ports (with hub function, so cascade connection is possible) and one RS232 port. ・With the optional built-in motor driver, you can use a brushless servo motor with a maximum output of 800W (rated at 10A, maximum 15A, 20-80VDC). ・A stepping motor driver can be built-in as an option. ・Maximum control speed: Encoder input 15MHz. SSI/BiSS encoder options and sine wave encoder options are also available. -In addition to the main encoder input, an auxiliary encoder input is provided for the encoder input, and can also be used for double loops. ・Multitasking: Multitasking allows up to 4 programs to run simultaneously - Analog input: 2 general-purpose analog inputs and 1 general-purpose analog output available. The standard is 12 bit, but 16 bit can be selected as an option. ・LS input: Forward end, backward end, and origin can be input ・Digital input/output: 8 input points, 4 output points ・Programming language: Over 200 words of intuitive English-style commands ・In addition to CARD type, BOX type is also available as an option. - Compatible OS: Compatible with Windows, Mac OSX and Linux
