About This Product

■Product overview ・You can record the surrounding CO2 concentration at regular intervals and read it out on your iPhone/iPad. ・Highly accurate measurement from 0 to 10,000 ppm using NDIR (non-dispersive infrared) method ・Automatic calibration function automatically corrects gas sensor-specific deviations ・Retrieve and operate recorded data on iPhone/iPad. - The read recorded data can be easily transferred to a PC and edited or graphed. - Operates for up to 15 months with built-in battery (recording cycle 60 minutes) and also supports external power supply - Compatible with remote monitoring package (manufactured by Uniadex) that combines temperature, humidity, etc. ■About the NDIR (non-dispersive infrared) sensor Methods for detecting atmospheric CO2 concentration include NDIR, solid electrolyte sensor, and photoacoustic system (PAS), but generally an analyzer called NDIR (Non Dispersive Infrared Gas Anaryzer) is used. In the case of CO2 molecules, it has the property of selectively absorbing infrared rays with a wavelength of 4.26 microns. When CO2 molecules are present in high concentrations, they will be absorbed more strongly. NDIR takes advantage of this property. At low concentrations, the attenuation of incident light is small, and at high concentrations, the attenuation is large. Usage example ■Vinyl house/agricultural use You can record and manage the carbon dioxide concentration inside your vinyl house. Along with temperature and humidity, CO2 concentration is important for plant development. ■Data collection and intensive monitoring of plant factories By managing the CO2 concentration of each shelf and room in a plant factory, it is possible to collect data on the optimal growing environment for vegetables, etc. ■Air conditioning management It can be installed anywhere for recording and managing air-conditioned environments such as offices, hospitals, CA containers, etc. In addition to temperature and humidity, CO2 distribution can also be easily measured. ■Cultivation, research environment management Easy management/recording in research environments such as cell culture and during transportation. ■Calibration of installed CO2 sensor Since it is battery-powered and portable, it can be used as a reference device to check and calibrate the deviation of CO2 sensors during fixed operation. ■Checking the timing and effectiveness of ventilation You can know when to ventilate when the CO2 concentration increases due to air stagnation or crowding, and you can confirm that the CO2 concentration has decreased due to ventilation with outside air. We also have a ventilation monitor app.
