At sites where rust prevention processes are required, there are many problems with quality defects during the rust prevention treatment process after using water-soluble processing fluids and water-soluble cleaning agents. Most of these are caused by the moisture and processing fluid components not being completely removed from the surface of the product during the rust prevention process.
As a countermeasure, water displacement cleaning is often performed before rust prevention treatment, but the addition of one step leads to a decrease in productivity and an increase in costs. ``Supercoat RS'' was developed to solve such on-site concerns.

Its water displacement performance is equivalent to that of conventional water displacement type cleaning oils, and its rust prevention performance is equivalent to that of conventional rust prevention oils. Conventional water-displacement rust preventive oils have low rust prevention properties, making products prone to rust, increasing the number of rework processes, and lowering productivity. Supercoat RS, which has high water displacement and rust prevention properties, provides stable finish quality and reduces rework processes.

Reduces the sweet odor characteristic of rust preventive oil. In addition, its low viscosity reduces stickiness on production lines and products. In addition, raising the classification of oil to Class 3 petroleum will not only reduce the risk of fire, but will also increase the amount of oil specified in the Fire Service Act, improving the overall working environment.
By using barium-free additives, we are also environmentally friendly.

During rust prevention after water-based processing, moisture from water-based processing fluids enters the tank. At this time, if the water separation property of the rust preventive oil is low, water will mix with the rust preventive oil and form an emulsified state. If you try to drain out the water in this state, you will also be discarding the excess anti-rust oil, which will increase the amount used. With Supercoat RS, which has high water separation properties, it is possible to discard only the separated water, reducing the amount of waste and oil supply.
In addition to reducing the rework process mentioned above, it also contributes greatly to costs.
