At sites where rust prevention processes are required, there are many problems with quality defects during the rust prevention treatment process after using water-soluble processing fluids and water-soluble cleaning agents. Most of these are caused by the moisture and processing fluid components not being completely removed from the surface of the product during the rust prevention process.
As a countermeasure, water displacement cleaning is often performed before rust prevention treatment, but the addition of one step leads to a decrease in productivity and an increase in costs. ``Supercoat RS'' was developed to solve such on-site concerns.

During rust prevention after water-based processing, moisture from water-based processing fluids enters the tank. With Supercoat RS, which has high water separation properties, it is possible to discard only the separated water, reducing the amount of waste and oil supply.
