■SummaryThis is a cardboard disaster prevention bed and disaster prevention partition that can be used in evacuation centers. The disaster prevention bed uses 12 cardboard boxes of 450x300xH300mm and one cardboard board of 1800x900mm. Size after assembly: 1,800mmx900mm height 300mm. We have an agreement with Miki Town to procure items such as cardboard beds and partitions in the event of a disaster.

■About disaster prevention cardboard bedsNext, I will introduce cardboard beds. Like the partition, all the beds are made of cardboard.

■Size・Bed board size: 1,800x900mm
・The size of the box at the bottom of the bed before assembly: 740x600x125mm
・Cross reinforcement pad: 520x285x195mm.

■How to assembleFirst, we will assemble the cardboard case. After securing the bottom with tape, insert a cross-shaped reinforcing pad as shown in the photo. Tape the top and bottom to form a box shape. Arrange the boxes containing the cross reinforcing pads in 2x6 rows as shown in the photo. Place a cardboard sheet on top of it. At that time, you can strengthen it even more by reinforcing it with tape or stretch film.
