ShiftMax is a "private cloud-type" attendance management system that combines the advantages of an easy-to-install and low-cost cloud-type system with the high degree of freedom of in-house operation (on-premises).

■Adopting Excel for the management screen
Unlike traditional cloud-based systems that are managed using a web browser, ShiftMax uses Microsoft Excel ®. We have established technology to constantly connect Excel to the network and record and tally data in real time. You can create shifts, manage real-time attendance, and output forms using familiar Excel.
You can easily output data according to your company's Excel forms, so you can implement it without changing your workplace workflow. With conventional cloud-based systems, it was difficult to make detailed arrangements such as ``I want to add this column'' or ``I want to manage man-hours in this column,'' but with Excel-based ShiftMax, it is possible to do so flexibly.
■Various engraving methods available
Shiftmax's stamping machine can be installed anywhere. For regular offices and stores, use an IC card. At sites where there are a lot of people going directly and returning home, they use smartphones to record their data. If you want to strictly identify a person, you can use a combination of various stamping methods, such as fingerprint authentication, at the same time, making it suitable for a variety of business types.
