About This Product

■What is “totemiru”?This product uses image segmentation technology and allows training using only genuine products. It is a new AI model that can achieve high judgment accuracy with less than half the amount of data compared to conventional models for products that are in a "regular format," and can be applied to a variety of environmental products.

Features of totemiru
■“Defective product” data is not requiredIf the product has a default format, training can be performed using only genuine product images. AI can be introduced even in products and processes where there are few defective products.

■Contribution beyond “productivity”It is possible to inspect contents such as ingredient display and expiration date display, where printing errors cannot be tolerated, with higher accuracy than humans.

■Make “DX transformation” affordableSince only images of genuine products are required, less data is required and time is reduced. By using a dedicated kit, it can be introduced at a lower cost than conventional AI.

Printing defects are small and difficult to detect with the human eye. Printing defects are a big problem from a legal standpoint as well. This not only improves productivity but also greatly contributes to quality assurance.

Unlike text, training was conducted using 100 images of genuine screws, including various orientations of top, bottom, left, and right. Since it is possible to judge a large number of screws even if they are not aligned, it contributes to a significant improvement in productivity.

■Differences from HAMPANAIAI・For standard products that have a certain format, such as printed materials and factory products, training is basically conducted using only genuine products. For items with slight individual differences (such as foods), training using defective items can be performed to make more accurate judgments.
・Operational costs become more reasonable because the training period and the time and cost of additional learning after implementation are reduced.
