By increasing or decreasing the current value of the controller, the flow rate can be adjusted steplessly. The Cv value is calculated based on the standard flow rate, and the valve itself can output up to a "maximum flow rate" that is higher than the standard flow rate. Therefore, there is no need to worry about the output flow rate decreasing during continuous use.
■High-precision, long-life structure in which the drive part does not slide
The drive unit, including the valve body, is supported at the top and bottom by leaf springs 1 and 2, so there are no sliding parts. Therefore, fluctuations and flow rate changes during control are less likely to occur, and there is no deterioration due to sliding, resulting in a long life.
By adopting a patented high suction force structure, stable proportional characteristics can be ensured, and a large flow rate can be controlled with a small solenoid. The valve body is made of PTFE material and has high corrosion resistance.
