■What is graphite sheet?

Graphite sheet is made by processing graphite into a thin sheet. Graphite is an allotrope of carbon and has very high thermal conductivity, especially in the plane of the sheet. This graphite sheet is mainly used as a heat dissipation sheet and is widely used for cooling computer CPUs and electronic devices. In recent years, it has been widely adopted in the products of major camera manufacturers and has become an essential part of precision equipment. In particular, as the world continues to warm, heat dissipation materials have become even more important, and the risk of thermal runaway increases when precision equipment is used for long periods during events such as outdoor sports held in the summer. ■Thermal conductivity

Graphite sheets are made from a material called polyimide that is carbonized at high temperatures and then compressed in a press to increase the molecular density, resulting in a material with high thermal conductivity. However, there is a limit to the heat capacity that one layer of graphite sheet can accumulate, so thick graphite sheets are required to dissipate more heat at once. ■Flexible material selection
