Vermes jet dispenser, the latest model for low viscosity, MDS3050, is now available. Solve problems such as liquid leakage. The MDS 3050 is a jet dispenser for low viscosity materials that can dispense at an average speed of 1,000Hz. It is resistant to material leakage and smearing, which is an issue with low-viscosity materials, and can achieve high-precision dispensing, which is a feature of the piezo method.
It achieves a maximum speed of 3,000Hz and an average speed of 1,000Hz, contributing to increased takt time. Furthermore, it is the latest model that boasts the same accuracy as high-viscosity systems and is ideal for low-viscosity solvents, adhesives, paints, and chemicals.
