About This Product
■Product overview
MDV 3280 is now available, adding stability and easy attachment/detachment functionality to the performance of existing products.
It is possible to perform micro-dispensing at a minimum of 0.5 nl, and stable continuous dispensing at an average speed of 1,000 Hz and a maximum of 3,000 Hz. Parameters can be changed freely and can be used with a wide variety of materials. It can operate with a resolution of 0.1ms or less and achieves high reproducibility.
The latest "bayonet fluid box body" connector technology allows for easy assembly between the valve body and fluid components. The screwless liquid box body allows one-click valve removal for easy handling and easy cleaning.
It is possible to apply dots of 150um or less, and by achieving uniformity of application and high reproducibility of application, productivity is increased by improving UPH.
