■Development background

In recent years, natural energy solar power generation systems have made dramatic advances in terms of performance and cost, requiring no maintenance, and have attracted attention as an economical and efficient energy source. In reality, Japan has harsh weather conditions such as typhoons, earthquakes, and temperature differences between summer and winter, and solar cells naturally deteriorate due to external factors. In the solar industry, there is a growing recognition that inspection work is necessary to maintain power generation capacity, and the term "maintenance-free" is on the verge of being forgotten. Since 2009, we have been selling I-V curve tracers as measuring instruments necessary for maintaining solar power generation systems. We are now selling the "PV Resistance Checker PVR-1000" that can easily measure output voltage and internal resistance, reflecting the needs of those who use our measuring instruments.

・Can be used for everything from mega solar with maximum input of 1,000V to small-scale power generation. ・Easy check with connection box ・Detection of defective strings by measuring open circuit voltage Voc and internal resistance Ω ・Achieves simultaneous measurement in just 1 second, making it possible to perform measurements in a short time even at large-scale power plants ・It is possible to display measurement results at high speed, and can be used from large-scale power plants to small-scale power plants. Measurement can be carried out efficiently using a junction box ・Compatible with the storage of measurement results required by the revised FIT law. Data for 2000 items can be saved in internal memory - A string power generation failure was discovered by measuring the open circuit voltage Voc and internal resistance. - When solar cells deteriorate, their internal resistance increases. - By measuring the internal resistance value, you can discover defects in each string. -Equipped with a 3-stage judgment assist function to instantly detect defects. The judgment screen is displayed in three colors: green, yellow, and red to assist in diagnosis. (Judgment value can be changed arbitrarily) ・Measurement time is only 1 second. Measurement time for open circuit voltage Voc and internal resistance is only 1 second, allowing work to be completed in a short time even on mega-solar systems. - Easy data transfer to PC via USB connection. - When connected to a PC, it is recognized as a mass storage device and no special driver is required.
