About This Product

■Summary

This device is an inspection device that connects to digital and analog cameras to perform camera image acquisition, focus adjustment, performance inspection, etc. Suitable for development and production processes.

■Features

Compatible with both analog and digital cameras ・Equipped with ports for analog and digital cameras, both can be inspected with one device. - Digital cameras require a separate interface unit. ・Special order support is also available for I/F such as MIPI.

■USB3.0 connection

- Capable of acquiring camera images at high speed. - Easy to install because it is connected by cable.

■Inspection applications provided as standard

・Standard inspection items are provided. Standard inspection items are prepared as commands, and scenarios can be created by combining them. It is possible to create inspection retries and processing according to judgment results, allowing for flexible inspection of various models. ・If the standard inspection items are insufficient, we will separately develop additional products to suit your needs.

■Camera power supply control

Since this device can supply power to the camera, there is no need to prepare a separate power supply.

■Control of external devices

- In inspection applications, barcodes on camera products can be read using KEYENCE barcode readers (SR600/HR400, etc.) and stored in the production log. - By using the optional IO-BOX, you can also perform I/O control of external devices such as PLCs from the inspection application.
