Dual clamp is a new era clamp that achieves high safety and high performance by linking the toggle mechanism and cam mechanism and fixing the sliding shaft with a cam.
■Point1 Stable clamping condition
A stable clamping condition is created by combining the conventional rivet type toggle mechanism with a toggle/cam mechanism. When load is applied from the workpiece, the toggle mechanism works in conjunction with the structure, which makes the cam even more effective, making it possible to tighten even more reliably.

By using the cam mechanism in combination, the impact of load on the toggle mechanism connection part is reduced. In addition, in durability tests, it withstood 1 million movements, proving its performance.

By adopting a dual mechanism (double structure), the slide width is wide and the space is reduced. You can make effective use of limited manufacturing site space.
