About This Product

■Diverse firing of new materials. Compatible with high temperature experiments

A high-temperature furnace used for melting metals, firing ceramics, and various high-temperature experiments, and is mainly used in laboratories, development rooms, schools, etc. Electric furnaces with metal heating elements are mainly used at temperatures up to 1,100℃, but the HT and KSM types use ceramic heating elements and high-temperature insulation materials, so they can be used in high-temperature ranges from 1,200℃ to 1,700℃. It's now possible.

■Characteristics of HT type

・HT heater is a non-metallic heating element composed of high-purity recrystallized SiC, and can withstand use at heating element surface temperatures of up to 1,600℃, and has 5 to 10 times the calorific value per unit area of ​​nichrome wire, so it can withstand harsh high temperatures. It can withstand harsh usage conditions. -Each heating element is installed vertically on both sides, no uneven aging or heating accident under the hearth plate, suitable for soaked high temperature furnace. ・In order to cope with the increase in resistance when using a SiC heater, the capacity can be switched using a transformer with multistage taps. ・It is possible to switch to an energy-saving heater.

■Types of resistance heating elements

Metal heating elements include iron-chromium-aluminum (Fe-Cr Al), nickel-chromium (Ni-Cr) alloy heating elements, tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), tantalum (Ta), There are high melting point single metal heating elements such as platinum (Pt). Non-metallic heating elements include silicon carbide heating elements (SiC), molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2), lanthanum chromite (LaCrO2), and carbon graphite (C).
