■From easy-to-use tabletop electric furnaces to general-purpose medium-sized furnaces
The TL model is the easiest to use small furnace and is a long-selling machine used by 3,300 major factories (automobiles, electrical equipment, molds, laboratories, schools) nationwide. It exhibits excellent functionality in all aspects including power saving, durability, temperature accuracy, and ease of use.
The TL2 and 4 types are tabletop types, the TL5 and 6 types are free-standing types with feet, and the TM type is a medium to large mass-produced model.

■Atmosphere heating
The TL type is a dedicated furnace for metal heat treatment of molds, machine parts, etc. This box-shaped furnace is designed to generate a large amount of heat, is robust, has a long lifespan, and is easy to use.
■High precision digital meter (PID auto tuning)
The temperature controller has digital settings and an LED digital display. It is possible to read in units of 1℃. Display accuracy level 0.3. Control is PID-SSR (non-contact relay), which allows for detailed settings.
■Good temperature distribution
The inside of the coiled heating element is supported by a ceramic tube (support tube), which generates heat on four sides: top, bottom, and both sides, resulting in excellent temperature distribution and heating efficiency. The heating element uses iron-chromium-aluminum alloy wire, so it is resistant to high temperatures and easy to process.
■Small power saving type
The inner walls of the furnace are made of ceramic fiber. Over 99% of the material is alumina and silica, which makes it extremely light and has excellent insulation properties, as well as being able to withstand rapid heating and cooling.
■Safety device
By setting a digital timer, a buzzer will notify you when the temperature is raised and maintained. It is also equipped with an overheating prevention device and heater insulation alarm, giving full consideration to safety.
■Immediate maintenance service
Consumables (heaters, thermoelectric elements, etc.) have a long lifespan and can be easily replaced with a screwdriver or pliers.
