About This Product

This is an automatic non-oxidation quenching furnace that was developed in response to the request for a heat treatment furnace that allows anyone to perform non-oxidation quenching of precision machine parts, mold parts, tools, jigs, etc. in-house in a short time and easily. This furnace, which is equipped with a pro-controller, received the Invention Achievement Award at the 9th Invention Awards (Japan Association for the Promotion of Invention and Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun) and received high praise. Furthermore, we have evolved our atmosphere control and temperature control, and have an overwhelming track record in all industries.

■Features

・Non-oxidation quenching of oil-cooled steel and air-cooled steel ・Circular muffle, 6-sided panel heater unit ・Heating/quenching in nitrogen gas atmosphere

■Non-oxidation quenching of oil-cooled steel

Since the heating chamber and oil tank are integrated into a completely sealed structure, it is possible to harden oil-cooled steel in an atmosphere.

■Automatic transport in atmospheric gas

When the workpiece is inserted into the hearth, it will undergo (slow heating) - (rapid cooling) until a buzzer indicating the completion of hardening is heard, and the hardening will be completed automatically.

■Atmosphere gas (N2)

Nitrogen gas (N2) is introduced into the heating chamber to prevent oxidation and decarburization. The furnace pressure regulator (P・C・U) automatically adjusts the increase or decrease of the furnace pressure, so the atmosphere can be controlled to be clean. Depending on the workpiece material, methanol dripping or propane gas may be added.

■Reduction of quenching distortion

Hardening with little distortion can be achieved using a heating program created from a large amount of data, uniform heating, uniform cooling, and vertical hardening.

■Unit heater (panel type)

We use a ceramic board heater developed in-house. Good temperature distribution and large effective area. In addition, it has excellent durability and is easy to replace as it is a panel type.

■Circular muffle

The heating chamber is a circular muffle made of heat-resistant steel, which prevents deformation and has a long life. Additionally, gas consumption can be reduced and replacement can be done in a short time.
