■Characteristics of standard 3 rolls
This type of 3 roll is the most common and easy to handle model. The lineup includes the 2-drive model SR-D, the SR-DS model with a flip-up mechanism, the 3-drive model SR-D3, and the SR-DS3 model with a flip-up mechanism, as well as jack types and hydraulic types. Yes.
Various features
■SR-D type: Manual standard type
This type is suitable for work with thick plates and large bending radius.
■SR-DS type: Manual jump type
This type is basically the same as the SR-D type, but it has a flip-up function, making it easier to take out items than the SR-D type.
■SR-D3 type
This type has better workpiece penetration than 2-piece drive, and can be changed to 2-piece drive or 3-piece drive. It can be used in a wide range of applications, such as 3-drive when the board is thin and the bending diameter is small, and 2-drive when the board is thick and the bending diameter is large.
■SR-DS3 type
This type is a combination of the SR-DS type and SR-DS3 type, and has the highest work efficiency among the four models. We manufacture and process all types depending on the length and thickness of the board to be bent. Please let us know the plate thickness, length, and minimum bending diameter at maximum capacity.
