We can bend general steel materials and press bent materials. (Angle bender, pipe bender) SR-400 HJ Servo motor specification Can process angles (inside/outside), reinforcing bars, round pipes, flat bars, and press bent materials.
SR-700 and SR-800 types are fixed between shafts. SR-730 and SR-830 types are inter-axis moving types. The upper mold holder is manual as standard, but an electric jack can be installed on all models. Options include a digital counter, separate operation box, long material roller control table, angle straightening roller, and various molds. *If the bending radius is large, the SR-H series is recommended.
■SR-H Horizontal manual type
This is a horizontal version (manual type) of the normal vertical free bender (angle bender, pipe bender). This model feeds the material straight into the machine, which maintains greater accuracy and is especially suitable for processing long materials that are susceptible to the effects of their own weight. Use with a conveyor (optional) to achieve even higher accuracy.
