We can bend general steel materials and press bent materials. (Angle bender, pipe bender) SR-400 HJ Servo motor specification Can process angles (inside/outside), reinforcing bars, round pipes, flat bars, and press bent materials.
SR-700 and SR-800 types are fixed between shafts. SR-730 and SR-830 types are inter-axis moving types. The upper mold holder is manual as standard, but an electric jack can be installed on all models. Options include a digital counter, separate operation box, long material roller control table, angle straightening roller, and various molds. *If the bending radius is large, the SR-H series is recommended.
■Vertical electric jack type
Can be installed on each model. Power is increased by pressurizing the motor. Encoder control of the upper roll's ascent and descent stabilizes the stopping position and improves repeat accuracy. By attaching electrical control (touch panel rotation encoder), automatic operation (down, rotation, stop, up) is possible. Easy to operate with push button.
