About This Product

■Using the environmentally friendly "indirect heating method," infectious waste with high moisture content is reduced to 1/5 to 1/10.After putting paper diapers, etc. in a plastic bag, heating begins. As the water evaporates, the air inside the raw material chamber is expelled, resulting in an almost oxygen-free condition. While controlling the heating temperature, the contents are stirred to promote drying and to be finely ground. The material chamber is kept at 180℃~200℃ for more than 30 minutes to ensure weight loss. After the process is complete, the outside of the weight loss chamber is cooled with outside air.

■Dry converter performance・Things that can be disposed of/garbage, vegetable scraps, paper diapers, gauze with blood on it, absorbent cotton, bandages, etc.
・Things that cannot be disposed of: PVC products, petroleum/waste oil, metals, bundles of paper such as books, large cloths such as clothing, large amounts of waste plastic, glass, porcelain, plaster, etc.
・Prohibited from use due to danger/Spray cans, organic solvents, poisonous substances, explosives, large amounts of alcohol, sharp objects such as syringe needles/scalpels, and fuels with low flash points such as paraffin.

■Characteristics of dry converter・Reduction to 1/5~1/10: Drying/reducing the amount by indirectly heating the processed material while blocking air
