■Product overview The PS-2261 self-contained pressurized tank unit uses an air-driven pump to pump processing oil from a plastic tank, pail can, Itto can, etc. into a small pressurized tank, and then pressurizes and pumps it using an electric regulator. Select this when you want to use a non-pressurized tank for processing oil with a kinematic viscosity of 1 to 30 mm2/s (cSt). PS-2261 consists of a control unit, a small pressurized tank, an air-driven pump, and a processing oil filter. Unless otherwise specified, a poly tank will be used as the main tank. ■Features Electric (electro-pneumatic) regulators can adjust 10K to 100kPa with higher precision than mechanical regulators. Stable oil delivery is possible by tank pressure control, except when pumping into a small pressurized tank. In particular, when adjusting the application amount to 1ml/min or less using a throttle valve, over-squeezing can cause problems such as clogging, but by lowering the tank pressure, the application amount can be reduced while securing the passage area. Masu. There is a float switch inside the small pressurized tank, and when a drop in the liquid level in the tank is detected, the air-driven pump pumps up the liquid. If the float switch does not return even after a certain period of time has elapsed, the stop output will be activated due to an abnormality in the processing oil. Furthermore, since gas-liquid separation is performed in a small pressurized tank, it can be used for processing oils that tend to generate bubbles. PS-2261 operates on 24V. A flow sensor can be connected to PS-2261 alone. As with PS-228/226, monitoring timing can be created from clutch or cam signals, so in addition to being used in combination with PS-228/226, PS -2261 can also be installed alone. ■About wiring for coating instruction signal PS-228 requires signals corresponding to the clutch and cam of the press device. If there is no clutch signal, connect the clutch to GND using the terminal block on the back of PS-228. Create a coating instruction signal from the cam signal. If there is no cam signal, coating can be done using only the clutch signal by changing the internal settings. Control modes that require cam signals cannot be used. For PS-226, wire either the signal corresponding to the clutch or cam of the press device.
