PS-228 can use ST8PL-1.0 and AUX, PS-226 can use ST8-0.5, 1.0 and AUX. The nozzle ST8PL used with PS-228 has a pistonless structure. PS-228 uses an electromagnetic pump and valve to turn on and off the application and adjust the flow rate, so there is no need for a nozzle stop or a throttle mechanism to adjust the flow rate. This makes the nozzle compact and maintenance-free. It cannot be used with PS-226.
Processing oil is atomized at the tip of the nozzle, and air is used to adjust the application shape so that it becomes oval. By rotating the flat spray cap at the tip, you can rotate the application shape.
■AUX
The AUX nozzle supplies processing oil that is atomized at the nozzle tip directly into the mold through a φ6 tube. (The mold requires a fitting for φ6 tube.) Can be used when the kinematic viscosity of the processing oil is 10 mm2/s or less and the amount of application is small.
In the case of PS-228, it is possible to supply oil directly from the electromagnetic pump and valve with a φ4 tube without using an AUX nozzle (the mold requires a fitting for the φ4 tube. Since nozzle is not used, only the tube can be arranged separately) ). Can be used for upper molds that do not require atomization.
